If the information provided by applicants
when filling the application form at MyONLINE*PASSPORT is wrong or
inappropriate and not in accordance to Terms & Conditions stated will
caused the application REJECTED and FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED. |

Applicants must upload a recent
passport size photo taken
within 3 months before the date of application. |

3. |
The applicant must present to the selected
Immigration Office for
collection. No representative allowed and no collection office changed
allowed. |

4. |
Applicants under 18 years:
a. Guardians gave permission must be present during passport collection.
b. If the guardian giving consent is not available in MyONLINE *
Passport applications are not allowed to make applications,
the applicant must present to the selected Immigration office. Applicant need to bring
the existing passport and birth certificate of the
applicant. |

Application:
a. Application for renewal under normal circumstances only.
b. Passport must in good condition (no stain, exposed to water or torn)
and is a biometric passport. |

Passport Fees:
a. RM100 for 2 years
b. RM300 for 5 years
c. Half Price - RM150.00 for 5 years
*** Half Price Payment Eligibility for child who has not attained the
age of 12 when submitting applications |

Collection:
a. The applicant must present to the selected
Immigration Office with
payment receipts and supporting documents according to the following
categories:
i. Applicants 18 years and above - Identity Card and existing Passport.
ii. Applicants under 18 years - Guardian with Identity Card, Birth
Certificate of Applicant and existing Passport.
Passport issuing process
will take 2 hours depending on collection office, date and time of
collection that are chosen when applied through MyONLINE*PASPORT.
