I have lost my passport, how to re apply a new one?
A Police Report should be made as soon as possible and the loss should be
reported to the nearest Immigration Office. An application for a replacement
passport can be submitted at the nearest Immigration Office by submitting the
application form with supporting documents, a photocopy of the police report and
any other relevant documentary evidence. Approval for lost / damaged Malaysia Passport replacement is subject to the decision of
Director General of Immigration and the result will be notify within 5 working days from the date of application submitted.
My passport damaged during flood / fire, how to replace a new one?
Request for a replacement passport can be made at the nearest Immigration Office
by submitting an application form with supporting documents such as police
report or fire department report for a replacement.
What is the passport renewal fee now?
Fees for Malaysian Passport is depends on categories and ages group.
Effective 15 January 2015, Malaysia Passport price are listed as follow:
Normal price - RM200.00 (Valid for 5 years)
Half price - RM100.00 (Valid for 5 years)
